Things to like and not to like
Positive: Location very good. Clean room. Quiet room.
Negative: Stairway width, entry door noise, shower head water pressure.

Overall it was a wonderful stay, very clean and quiet and loved the vibe it gave. Will definitely stay here again when w
Positive: It was very clean and quite nice and cozy.
Negative: There really wasn’t anything just could have had another night stand instead of 1. Parking can be a little hard with a bigger vehicle and we had a full size truck.

I had zero expectation, so it was fine. If price is your key driver this is a good place.
Positive: Price point was fine. Bed was nice! Location to town center was great. This room was fine for a single guest but I would not bring a spouse here. Willing to pay more for better amenities.
Negative: Room was very basic. Low end furniture, no luggage rack, no iron. Walls very thin (could hear neighbors talking and snoring)! Friends were in other rooms. We spent time figuring out each other's room codes. Those could be more secure.
I wondered if the owner or property manager has ever stayed here?

Good location, no interaction with staff at all.
Positive: I was skeptical of the bed, but it was comfy. The clothing rack was sufficient. This is a solid value in a high price town.
Negative: This is bare minimum type of place. Our room had no dresser. I probably would not have unpacked anyway, but it's good to know. All the important things were clean (toilet, shower, linens) but there was some visible dirt as well. There is no counter in the bathroom, so it may be a good idea to bring a tabletop mirror if you use makeup. Bring your own K-Cups or ground coffee, along with whatever creamer you prefer. They do supply some, but it's not much. You should know that there is no front desk, so no assistance after 10.

Hidden gem
Positive: Great location and super comfortable bed and linens. Keypad to get into hotel and the room, which was great because I got there around 1AM. It is a boutique style hotel and the room is remodeled and very nice. Plenty of space in the room. Keurig coffee pot and small fridge with a freezer. Parking is right out front on the street. I will definitely be coming back here.
Negative: A map of the rooms would be helpful when you come through the front door. You have to find your room and there is no elevator or luggage cart. It was still pretty easy to get to the room.
