Positive: The room was clean and cozy. Negative: There were no stir sticks for my coffee.

My son and I wanted to get away for a couple of days. We were on a budget and this helped us stay in budget and have a g Positive: The location was great. It was easy to get in and out. Nice and close to downtown. Negative: We loved it!

Comfortable and clean room just off the main street in Hot Springs. Positive: The location was great and was close enough to walk to the main strip but also set back from all the car and foot traffic. Easy entry with key code and clarity about parking. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Nice large bathroom and cozy towels. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge and tv with streaming options. Negative: The entryway door was left ajar when I arrived so didn't inspire confidence in security. Same in the room, it was nearly 100 degrees out and AC on full blast, but a window was open. The faucet in the tub leaked. Not great water pressure.

This was a last minute stop on the way home. I would stay there again Positive: Interesting & clean. Close to town could walk there

Positive: The room was gorgeous. Very comfortable exceeded our needs and the location for what we were there to do in Hot Springs was within walking distance and very nice. Negative: Did not like the on the street parking and The limited parking out back but it still was okay
